“ Visited on a Friday for lunch. Walked right in directly to the cafeteria style serving line. First the prices are very low. The servers were friendly, pretty fast and professional. I ordered the fried trout. And it was cooked to order so the wait at my table was about 10 minutes. I was able to take my broccoli in cheese sauce, mashed potatoes and hushpuppies to the table. Waitress came out asking who ordered trout. At that time she asked what we were drinking and brought our beverages to the table. My meal was pretty tasty. The fish was hot and seasoned, broccoli had a fresh flavor but the cheese sauce had no taste. The mashed potatoes were lumpy and tasted like real potatoes with little to no seasoning. I was able to enjoy the meal with a few condiments. Service was good and we were able to get beverage refills. The decor was like a barn and okay if that's your taste. Building appears old and worn and could definitely use some updating. It was clean and bathrooms were clean also. I would go back. ”
“ Came here on a Friday around 5pm. It wasn't to crowded but by the time we left, they had a great crowd. The food was absolutely delicious. Hot fresh and well worth the price. Nice open seating, very clean. The buffet style options are really good. Not to much to choose from but a great selection of comfort food. Good prices. Service was awesome . If they didn't have what you wanted, they would bring it to your table. I highly recommend. ”
